Shipping


We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Italy.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will notify you via email when we receive your order and also when your order has been shipped.

You can select your shipping method and view the cost of shipping before you are prompted for any payment information.

Shipping rates are based on the number of items purchased and will be calculated automatically during checkout based on your shipping address and zip code.

Shipping choices & Transit time:

Shipping times vary depending on the package destination. The shipping times listed below are estimated transit times only.

Continental United States:
U.S.P.S. Priority Mail: FREE Today! 2 to 3 days to most domestic destinations
U.S.P.S. Express Mail: 1 to 2 days to most domestic destinations
UPS Ground: 2 to 6 business days depending on your location, click to see transit time map.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivered by end of 2nd business day
UPS Next Day Air: Delivered by end of next business day

Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Italy:
U.S.P.S. Priority Mail International: 6 to 10 business days* to most international destinations
U.S.P.S. Express Mail International: 3 to 5 business days* to most international destinations
* Time shown is transit time. Because of paperwork required for international orders an additional delay of 1 or 2 days may occur. Packages may be further delayed if customs holds the package for inspection or delays clearance of the package.

Tracking Note: The U.S.P.S. does not offer tracking with Priority Mail & Priority Mail International.  If you would like to track your package please choose U.S.P.S. Express, U.S.P.S. Express Mail International, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or DHL Ground and we will provide you with tracking information.

** Leather and faux leather bags ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse via UPS Ground service, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air (USA) or your choice of U.S.P.S. Priority Mail International or U.S.P.S. Express Mail International.

Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Italy:

All shipments to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Italy will be shipped via your choice of U.S.P.S. Priority Mail International or U.S.P.S. Express Mail International. Any duties, customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately we are not able to calculate these costs. To determine the duties, customs and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
Note: Please include your phone number with your order; the U.S.P.S requires a phone number for international shipments. International orders submitted without a phone number will be delayed.

Sales Tax:

Rainebrooke operates and ships from the state of Texas, and is therefore required to collect 7.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a Texas address.  Those who live outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax.

Other Information:

We are currently unable to ship to APO, FPO and PO Boxes (UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes). If you mistakenly enter a APO, FPO or PO Box shipping address, we will attempt to contact you for an alternate delivery address. If we cannot reach you, your order will be cancelled.
