We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return
your unused product for FREE within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Item must be in the same new and unused condition in which you received it.
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached, as well as any accessories that were included with the bag/case.
- Items returned to us that are not in new, unused condition will be returned to the shipping address on file and will not be refunded.
- Return has to be received by us within time period shown above.
- Our free return policy is not available on items being returned from outside the contiguous United States.
- Non-pink sale items are not returnable.*
To return your purchase please follow these steps:
- Contact us (by email) with your order #,
name, shipping address, email address, name of
product you would like to return and why you
will be returning your purchase.
- We will email you a prepaid UPS return shipping label, RA#, and instructions on returning your order.
- Include a copy of the return authorization email inside the box.
- Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the box.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund less the cost of outbound shipping (shipping charges are not refundable). If you received free shipping on your order and your order is returned a shipping fee of $10.95 will be applied. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers account. Please allow at least 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Unclaimed or Duties/Taxes Not Paid Returns – Shipping charges are not refundable for domestic or international orders which are unclaimed and then returned. International orders for which the receiver does not pay the duties or taxes and then the package is returned, the shipping charges are not refundable.
* Sale items (non-pink) are non-refundable. Our return policy does not apply to non-pink items in our “Sale” category or items marked as “sale”, “on sale”, “no returns”, “special” or “limited”. There are no refunds or exchanges on these specially marked/priced bags.
