Rainebrooke offers the original purchaser a one year warranty on all materials and workmanship. Our warranty covers product defects encountered during normal use. Since our products are typically used daily, the warranty does not cover breakdown of materials which might occur after heavy or extended use of the product. Our warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages associated with the use of our products, such as loss or damage to the contents of the bag. This warranty also excludes accidental damage, misuse, improper care and handling, alteration, common carrier damage and ordinary wear and tear. Our warranty is limited to the replacement costs only. If we find the product to be defective, Rainebrooke will repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable product.
