Guarantee
Rainebrooke offers the original purchaser a lifetime warranty on all
materials and workmanship.Our warranty covers product defects
encountered during normal use. Since our products are typically used
daily, the warranty does not cover breakdown of
materials which might occur after heavy or extended use of the product.
Our warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages
associated with the use of our products, such as loss or damage to the
contents of the bag. This warranty is limited to the replacement costs
only of Rainebrooke products.
If we find the product to be defective,
Rainebrooke will repair or replace the product with the same or a
comparable product.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your
laptop bag. If you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase, for whatever reason, you may return your
unused product within 30 days. (Please note: return
must be in the same new
and unused condition in which you received it)

Contact us to inform us of why you will be
returning your purchase.
- We will send you an email with instructions on
where to send your return.
- Include a copy of the return authorization email
or your original receipt along with a description of
why you are returning the product.
- All returns must be shipped to us at the
purchaser's expense. We suggest using a shipping
carrier that can track your shipment.
- Once we receive your return, we will process
your refund, credit or exchange less the cost of
outbound shipping. Shipping charges are
refundable only if a product has been found to
have defective materials or workmanship.
After the 30 day return period: We will accept returns and credit your card for the price of the item
and any taxes after the 30-day return period only if the product is
covered under our warranty. The original shipping charges will not be
credited unless the product has defective materials or workmanship. If
we find that your return is not covered by our warranty we will contact
you by email.
** Our 30-day return policy does not apply to items marked as "no
returns", "special"
or "limited" and there are no refunds or exchanges on these
specially marked bags.
