Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will notify you via email when we receive your order and also when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates / Options

Shipping rates are based on the number of items purchased and your location. During checkout you will be able to select your shipping method and view the cost before you are asked for any payment information.

Shipping Specials:
FREE Ground shipping on orders of $99 or more*. Orders under $99 can ship for a flat rate of only $7.95*

Shipping options:

Free ground shipping on orders of $99+ (Within US. *Excludes HI, AK, PR and other US territories), Flat rate special on orders under $99 (Ground - within US. *Excludes HI, AK, PR and other US territories), UPS Ground, and UPS 2nd Day. Select products will also have United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or FedEx shipping as an option.

Shipping transit times:

UPS Ground*: 2 to 6 business days depending on your location
UPS 2nd Day Air*: Delivered by end of 2nd business day
* UPS does not count the pickup day as a day in transit. This means 2nd-Day shipments may take one additional business day. We do not guarantee delivery times/days due to a delay or reschedule caused by UPS.

PO Box/APO/FPO Addresses:

UPS does not ship to Po Box/APO/FPO addresses. If your order is shipping to one of these addresses, select our flat rate special. If your order is being shipped to a PO Box, APO or FPO address, please include a phone number with your order. Orders submitted without a phone number may be delayed.

Risk of loss

All items purchased from Rainebrooke are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Sales Tax

Rainebrooke operates and ships from the state of Texas, and is therefore required to collect 7.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a Texas address. Those who live outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax.
