Shipping (International)

International orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will notify you via email when we receive your order and also when your order has been shipped.

We currently offer shipping to Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Costa Rica, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovak Republic (Slovakia), Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, St. Lucia, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands (US & British). If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will let you know if shipping is available to your country.

Most of our products are available for international shipping, however a few are not. International shipping will show as an option during checkout if it is available.

Shipping rates:

Shipping rates are based on the number of items purchased and your location.  During checkout you will be able to select your shipping method and view the cost before you are asked for any payment information.

Shipping options:

United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Priority Mail International, U.S.P.S Express Mail International, and FedEx International Economy (select items).

Shipping transit times:

U.S.P.S. Priority Mail International: 10 to 15 business days to most international destinations
U.S.P.S. Express Mail International: 5 to 10 business days to most international destinations
FedEx International Economy (select items): 3 to 10 business days to most international destinations

  • Time shown is transit time and does not include customs clearance time.
  • Packages may be delayed if customs holds the package for inspection or delays clearance of the package. We have no control over how long customs may delay a package.
  • Please include your phone number with your order. International orders submitted without a phone number may be delayed.
  • U.S.P.S. provides tracking information but it is not real-time.
  • Once a package has arrived in a country, we do not have access to additional information other than what is shown in the tracking results.
  • We do not guarantee a delivery time with international shipments.

Duties and Taxes:

Any duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our price. Unfortunately we are not able to calculate these costs. To determine the duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

Risk of loss

All items purchased from Rainebrooke are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping promotions:

Shipping promotions, such as flat rate or free shipping, do not apply to international orders.
