Eclipse Solar Gear Hybrid Notebook Case

Innovus Designs Inc, based in Round Rock TX makes several styles of messenger, backpack and camera bags that include solar chargers (pictured is one of their messengers called the “Fusion” / no official picture yet of the new Hybrid case). But their new notebook case (which is an International CES Innovations 2007 Design and Engineering Awards Honoree for the Hybrid Notebook Case) offers some new things.

From Innovus: The Eclipse Solar Gear Hybrid Notebook Case provides an integrated solar charging solution, an auxiliary battery, and an integrated thermal cooling solution.  The auxiliary battery can supply extra power for a notebook computer or handheld devices including cell phones, MP3 players, iPods, GPS units or satellite radios.

For those attending the International CES (produced by the CEA – Consumer Electronics Association) in Las Vegas which started today and runs through the 11th, be sure to check out this case which will be on display at the Innovations Plus at the Sands Expo and Convention Center.
